TREKKING ROUTINE

Trekking is a process of walking through hills and valleys, villages and high passes and some time scaling minor peaks, seeking with an excitement to observe unforgettable events and to acquire knowledge about the people and society other than one's own. Every one of us knows that we are embarking towards 21st Century, with all the possible developments in the information technology to learn about anything, anywhere around the world. However, in the real sense, no one would get as much satisfaction through the mechanized media as they get from their own involvement and hardship. Scientific prosperity whatsoever has no link with eternal mental tranquility that natural realities bear. Trekking through mountains and villages in their most natural forms can be good cause for this realization.

After your arrival in Kathmandu, you would either get a chance to rest or would be involving yourselves in pre¬arrangement program for trekking including a briefing. The first day begins either transferring you to airport for the flight or transporting you to the starting point of the trekking.

In the morning you will be served a hot cup of tea in your tent flap and after a while a bowl of warm water will arrive for washing. As you join the other members of the group for breakfast, Sherpas and porters prepare to begin the day, packing things together.
